Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality wall décor, wallpapers, and car sticker products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or misprinted product
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed wallpapers
  • Applied wall décor products
  • Installed or used car stickers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Minor color variations caused by screen/display settings
  • Orders damaged due to improper installation by the customer

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Return request must include order details and proof images
  • Product should not be torn, cut, washed, or altered

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked for bank account details

Partial refunds may be provided if:

  • Product packaging is damaged
  • Parts/items are missing
  • Product is returned in improper condition

5. Replacement Policy

Replacement products will be provided only if:

  • Product is defective
  • Wrong design/product was delivered
  • Item arrived damaged

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled after production begins

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), return shipping charges will be covered
  • If return is requested for any other reason, shipping charges may not be refundable

8. Important Installation Note

Please check wallpapers, wall décor, and car stickers carefully before installation or application. Products that have already been installed or used will not be eligible for return or refund.
